Q: How can I create an account?

A: Simply enter your email and click the subscribe button and we will forward you an email that enables you to create an account. Or simply place your orders and it will redirect you to a customer account.

Q: Is it safe to mail jewellery?

A: We ship our products by trusted carriers: UPS, Fedex, and Canada Post. Plus, you can track your product with us so the chances of anything happening is very slim. For more information visit Shipping page for more information.

Q: Will I be liable for my jewellery order while it is being shipped?

A: You are not liable for the jewellery order while it is being shipped.  The carrier will ensure that the order is arrived at your door. That means that when your order is being shipped, shipment is always risk free. In case for non-delivery, we will contact the carrier and you will not be responsible for the lost while it is being shipped. Please remember to notify us immediately you did not recieve your order. Please note that it may take as long as 4 weeks to recieve your shipment if you are ordering across the nation.

Q: What is the shipping price?

A: Any orders over $50 are free, for orders within Canada $ 7.80 and U.S cost $4.80. All other international orders cost $10.80. provides the low cost, affordable shipping.

Q:  Do Jewellery For Her accept international orders?

A: Currently Jewellery For  Her only ships to Canada and U.S. we are still working to expand our shipping areas, so everyone can enjoy affordable online jewellery shopping.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: We charge sales tax in accordance to your province within Canada. All other international orders may or may not be charged by customs in accordance to their own country.

 Q: Is it safe to order jewellery online? 

 A: Yes, it is absolutely safe. Jewellery For Her do not store customer credit card information nor share information to another party. We also use the latest security technology to protect the store and customers of Jewellery For Her.  

Q: What are my payment options?

A: For now we only accept PayPal. You don't have to have a PayPal account to make transaction, you can simply check out as a guest.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Sorry to heard that you are looking to refund, you have 30 days to refund your jewellery purchase. The customer is responsible for the expenses and the risks associated with returning the product back to Returned product must be in salable condition or a repair charge to be determined by our technician will be charged. Q: How to add discount coupons?
